ICHA MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Eligibility

Membership in the Inspire Collaborative Health Association (“ICHA”) is available exclusively to individuals who maintain active CAMcerta verification status, unless otherwise approved by ICHA in writing.

Membership is offered to qualified professionals and is subject to review and approval by ICHA. ICHA reserves the right to deny, suspend, revoke, or terminate membership at its sole discretion if membership eligibility requirements are not met or if conduct is determined to be inconsistent with the mission, values, or policies of the organization.

Membership Fees

Membership dues are established by ICHA and may be modified from time to time. Current membership fees are published on the organization’s website or membership enrollment materials.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include educational events, networking opportunities, partner benefits, discounts, community initiatives, communications, and other programs offered by ICHA.

Membership benefits are provided as a courtesy and may be modified, suspended, added, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. ICHA does not guarantee the availability of any specific program, event, discount, partner relationship, speaker, service, or benefit.

CAMcerta Verification Requirement

Active CAMcerta verification is required to maintain membership eligibility.

If a member’s CAMcerta verification expires, becomes inactive, is suspended, revoked, or otherwise terminated, ICHA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges until eligibility requirements are restored.

Professional Relationships and Referrals

ICHA provides opportunities for professional networking, education, and collaboration. Membership does not constitute endorsement, certification, recommendation, credentialing, licensure, referral approval, or verification of any member’s qualifications, services, clinical competency, business practices, or professional conduct.

Members are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence when selecting, referring to, collaborating with, hiring, contracting with, or engaging other professionals.

Participation in Events and Programs

Members participate in ICHA events, meetings, educational programs, networking activities, and community initiatives voluntarily and at their own risk.

ICHA shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation in any event, program, meeting, activity, or interaction with other members, guests, speakers, sponsors, partners, or third parties.

No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

Information provided through ICHA, including educational presentations, communications, events, publications, websites, speakers, and member interactions, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing provided by ICHA constitutes medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, business advice, professional advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or endorsement of any healthcare provider, service, product, modality, or treatment approach.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICHA, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to membership, participation in programs, attendance at events, use of the website, reliance upon information provided, or interactions with members, partners, sponsors, or third parties.

Changes to Membership Terms

ICHA reserves the right to modify these Membership Terms at any time. Continued membership or participation following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
